जिलाधिकारी ने 6 महीने की बंदी के बाद बार खोलने की दी अनुमति…
छह माह से बंद पड़े देहरादून जिले के बार शुक्रवार से खुलने जा रहे हैं। बार संचालक काफी दिनों से अपनी आर्थिक स्थिति का हवाला देते हुए इसकी मांग कर रहे थे। आबकारी आयुक्त ने इस संबंध में फैसला लेने की जिम्मेदारी जिला आबकारी अधिकारियों को सौंपी थी। देहरादून के आबकारी अधिकारी ने इस संबंध में जिलाधिकारी कार्यालय में फाइल भेजी थी, जिस पर गुरुवार को अनुमति दे दी गई है।
पिछले दिनों आबकारी आयुक्त सुशील कुमार ने कहा था यदि आबकारी अधिकारी चाहें तो बार खुलवा सकते हैं। विभाग के अनुसार जिलाधिकारी ने शुक्रवार से बार खोलने की अनुमति दे दी है। प्रभारी जिला आबकारी अधिकारी निरीक्षक संजय रावत ने बताया कि बार के लिए शराब की खरीदारी की प्रक्रिया में बदलाव हुआ है। बार संचालक गोदाम के बजाय ठेके से शराब उठाएंगे।
इसके अलावा सभी बार संचालकों से कोरोना संक्रमण से बचाव के उपायों के बारे में जानकारी मांगी गई है। नियमों का पलान होने पर ही बार खोलने की अनुमति दी जाएगी। बता दें कि जिले में करीब सवा सौ बार लाइसेंस हैं। उन्होंने बताया कि बार संचालकों को कोरोना गाइड लाइन का पालन करना अनिवार्य होगा। ऐसा नहीं होने पर महामारी अधिनियम के तहत कार्रवाई होगी।
आज तैयार होगी गाइडलाइन
छह महीने की बंदी के बाद कोरोना महामारी के बीच बार खुलने जा रहे हैं। ऐसे में यह किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं है। जिला आबकारी विभाग इससे निपटने के लिए बारों के लिए आज गाइडलाइन जारी करेगा। इस गाइडलाइन के आधार पर ही बार खुलेंगे।
पुलिस के लिए भी चुनौती
बारों से पीकर निकलने वाले लोगों को रात में किस तरह काबू किया जाएगा यह भी किसी चुनौती से कम नहीं होगा। क्योंकि हाल में अल्कोमीटर का प्रयोग बंद है, वहीं अस्पतालों में कोरोना के चलते मेडिकल प्रक्रिया पेचीदा हो गई है। ऐसे में शराब पीकर वाहन चलाने वाले लोगों पर शिकंजा कसना पुलिस के लिए भी चुनौती होगा।
जिलाधिकारी ने बार खोलने के आदेश जारी किए हैं। कोरोना को देखते हुए आवश्यक सावधानियों के साथ शुक्रवार से बार खुलवाए जाएंगे। इसके लिए शुक्रवार को ही दिशा निर्देश तैयार कर दिए जाएंगे। नई आबकारी नीति के अनुसार इस बार ठेकेदार गोदाम के बजाय ठेकों से ही शराब ले सकेंगे।
