व्यापारी संगठनों में दुकानों के खुलने तथा बंद होने को लेकर नहीं बनी सहमति….
व्यापारी संगठनों में एक राय न होने के कारण शनिवार को दून में बाजारों के खुलने को लेकर असमंजस की स्थिति पैदा हो गई है।
दून उद्योग व्यापार मंडल ने जहां शनिवार और रविवार को पूर्ण बंदी की घोषणा की है, वहीं प्रांतीय उद्योग व्यापार मंडल और दून उद्योग व्यापार मंडल ने बाजार खुला रखने की घोषणा की है। इस कारण व्यापारियों के साथ ही ग्राहक भी असमंजस में हैं। प्रशासन की ओर से भी बाजारों की बंदी के संबंध में कोई आदेश अभी तक जारी नहीं किया है।
दून में कोरोना संक्रमण बढ़ रहा है। रोज बड़ी संख्या में कोरोना संक्रमित मरीज सामने आ रहे हैं और संक्रमितों की मौत हो रही है। इसको लेकर व्यापारी वर्ग भी चिंतित है। लिहाजा, पिछले दिनों दून उद्योग व्यापार मंडल ने प्रेसवार्ता कर शनिवार और रविवार को दून के बाजारों में पूर्ण बंदी की घोषणा की। संगठन का कहना है कि इन दो दिनों में नगर निगम की ओर से बाजारों में सैनिटाइजेशन किया जाएगा।
दूसरी ओर, संगठन दून वैली उद्योग व्यापार मंडल और प्रांतीय उद्योग व्यापार मंडल ने दून उद्योग व्यापार मंडल की घोषणा का विरोध कर शनिवार को बाजार खोलने की घोषणा की है और जबरन बाजार बंद करने पर विरोध करने की चेतावनी दी है। व्यापारी संगठनों की अलग-अलग घोषणा के बाद शनिवार को बाजार खुलने को लेकर असमंजस की स्थिति बनी हुई है।
क्या बोले संगठनों के पदाधिकारी
दून में कोरोना के मामले बढ़ते जा रहे हैं। रोज चार सौ से पांच सौ केस आ रहे हैं। मुख्य बाजारों में कोई बड़ा नुकसान न हो इसके लिए दो दिन बंदी की घोषणा की गई है। यह बंद पूरी तरह से व्यापारी की सुरक्षा, ग्राहक की सुरक्षा के लिए है। दून उद्योग महानगर की सभी इकाईयों से जुड़े व्यापारी शनिवार और रविवार को अपने प्रतिष्ठान बंद रखेंगे और नगर निगम के सैनिटाइजेशन अभियान में सहयोग करेंगे।

कथित संगठन के बाजार बंद की घोषणा के बाद व्यापारियों की बैठक आयोजित की गई। बैठक में सभी व्यापारियों ने शनिवार और रविवार को बाजार बंद करने पर आपत्ति जताई है। सभी सदस्यों का कहना है कि शनिवार और रविवार को बाजार बंद होने के कारण शुक्रवार और सोमवार को बाजार पर दबाव बढ़ जाएगा। जिससे भीड़ बढ़ेगी और सोशल डिस्टेंसिंग का पालन करना मुश्किल होगा। इसलिए शनिवार और शनिवार को बाजार बंद का कोई औचित्य नहीं है। शनिवार को सभी बाजार खुले रहेंगे।

व्यापारिक हितों को देखते हुए संगठन ने यह निर्णय लिया है कि शनिवार को सभी बाजार खुले रहेंगे। व्यापारी बहुत अधिक आर्थिक तंगी से जूझ रहे हैं। इसलिए बाजार बंदी का कोई औचित्य नहीं है। सभी लोगों और व्यापारियों से अपील है कि वह किसी अफवाह में न आएं। शासन-प्रशासन के इस संबंध में कोई आदेश नहीं हैं। इसलिए बाजार पूर्ण रूप से खुला रहेगा।
