23 सितंबर से प्रारंभ होने वाले विधानसभा सत्र को लेकर गुरूवार को सचिवालय स्थित विश्वकर्मा भवन के वीर चंद्र सिंह गढ़वाली सभागार का मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत एवं विधानसभा अध्यक्ष प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल ने संयुक्त रूप से निरीक्षण किया गया।
कोविड-19 के दृष्टिगत विधायकों की सुरक्षा को ध्यान में रखते हुए विधानसभा सत्र के आयोजन हेतु हर दृष्टि से संभावनाएं तलाशी जा रही है। विधानसभा सत्र को संचालित करने के लिए विगत दिनों विधानसभा मंडप का भी विधानसभा अध्यक्ष श्री प्रेमचंद अग्रवाल एवं मुख्यमंत्री त्रिवेंद्र सिंह रावत द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से निरीक्षण किया गया था।
मुख्यमंत्री एवं विधानसभा अध्यक्ष द्वारा संयुक्त रूप से संभावनाएं तलाशी जा रही है कि आगामी विधानसभा सत्र सुचारू एवं सुरक्षित रूप से कहां पर संचालित किया जा सकता है,
ताकि कोविड-19 के प्रभाव से विधायकों एवं मंत्री गणों आदि की सुरक्षा भी हो सके और सत्र का भी सफलता पूर्वक संचालन किया जा सके।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य सचिव ओम प्रकाश, सचिव न्याय प्रेम सिंह खिमाल, अपर सचिव विनोद कुमार सुमन, विधानसभा के प्रभारी सचिव मुकेश सिंघल सहित अन्य अधिकारीगण उपस्थित थे।
