मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने अधिकारियों को PMGSY के अंतर्गत सड़कों, पुलों के अवशेष निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने तथा निर्धारित समय पर पूर्ण करने के दिए निर्देश।
देहरादून : ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने गुरुवार को हाथीबड़कला स्थित कैंप कार्यालय में पीएमजीएसवाई (PMGSY) के अधिकारियों के साथ विभागीय कार्यों की समीक्षा कर विभाग द्वारा किए जा रहे कार्यों की प्रगति की विस्तार से जानकारी ली।
ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत कार्यों के संबंध में अधिकारियों को आवश्यक दिशा निर्देश दिए। ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री ने पीएमजीएसवाई (PMGSY-।,।। ) की शेष 134 सड़के जिसमे 85 सड़के 49 पुलों के निर्माण कार्य को शीघ्र पूर्ण करने के निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत आपदा में क्षतिग्रस्त हुई सड़को के कार्यों को शीघ्र किया जाए। अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि आपदा में क्षतिग्रस्त हुई सड़को की मरम्मत के लिए वर्ष 2022- 23 में 25 करोड़ रुपए मिले जिसमे सभी कार्य पूर्ण हो चुके और इस वित्तीय वर्ष में 46 करोड़ 65 लाख रुपए सड़कों की मरम्मत के लिए प्राप्त हुए है। मंत्री ने निर्धारित समय पर कार्य पूर्ण करने के अधिकारियों को निर्देश दिए। उन्होंने अधिकारियों को वन स्वीकृति से संबंधित विसंगतियों को शीघ्र दूर करने के अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने प्रदेश में प्रधानमंत्री ग्राम सड़क योजना (पीएमजीएसवाई) में स्वीकृत सड़कों के लिए अधिग्रहीत भूमि का मुआवजा राशि ग्रामीणों को शीघ्र अति शीघ्र वितरित किया जाए। अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि मुआवजे के 652 स्वीकृत केस में 198.32 करोड़ रुपए खातेदारों को वितरित किया गया है। बाकी शेष 327 केस पेंडिंग है जिसका कार्य गतिमान है। मंत्री ने मुआवजा से संबंधित कार्यों को प्राथमिकता के साथ कार्य करने को कहा। बैठक में अधिकारियों द्वारा बताया गया कि पीएमजीएसवाई प्रथम, द्वितीय चरण की 2620 सड़के थी। जिसमे से 2316 सड़कों का निर्माण कार्य पूर्ण हो चुका है। जिनमे 367 पुलों में से 311 पुलों का निर्माण कार्य पूरा हो चुका है। मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने सड़क निर्माण के दौरान मलवा हेतु डंपिंग यार्ड के निर्माण के भी अधिकारियों को निर्देशित किया।
उन्होंने अधिकारियों को सड़कों के निर्माण कार्य की गुणवत्ता का विशेष ध्यान दिए जाने के भी निर्देश दिए। ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री ने वाइब्रेंट विलेज के तहत जनपद पिथौरागढ़ के 8 गांवों के लिए केंद्र से स्वीकृत रू.119 करोड़ की लागत से बनने वाली 43.96 किलोमीटर की सड़कों के निर्माण कार्यों को शीघ्र टेंडर प्रक्रिया पूर्ण कर निर्माण कार्य शीघ्र किए जाने के निर्देश भी दिए। मंत्री ने अधिकारियों पीएमजीएसवाई की सड़को के अवशेष निर्माण कार्यों में तेजी लाने तथा पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत सभी सड़कों के कार्यों को तय समय सीमा के भीतर करने के निर्देश दिए।
मंत्री ने अधिकारियों को पीएमजीएसवाई के अंतर्गत सड़कों, पुलों के निर्माण कार्यों की समयबद्ध तरीके से कार्य करने के निर्देश भी दिये। ग्रामीण विकास मंत्री गणेश जोशी ने कहा कि प्रधानमंत्री ग्रामीण सड़क योजना की तर्ज पर प्रदेश के वे गांव जिनकी आबादी 250 से कम है और जो पीएमजीएसवाई या किसी अन्य योजना में नहीं आने के कारण सड़क मार्ग से वंचित थी। उनके लिए प्रदेश की धामी सरकार की ओर से मुख्यमंत्री ग्राम संपर्क योजना शुरू की गई है। उन्होंने कहा निश्चित ही इससे 250 और 150 तक की आबादी के गांव मुख्य मार्ग से जुड़ेंगे।
इस अवसर पर मुख्य कार्यकारी अधिकारी कर्मेन्द्र सिंह, मुख्य अभियंता आरपी सिंह अधीक्षण अभियंता राजेश सिंह आदि उपस्थित रहे।
