अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस पर नगर पालिका बड़कोट में योग शिविर का आयोजन।

उत्तरकाशी/बड़कोट : दसवां अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस के अवसर पर 21 जून को नगर पालिका बड़कोट के राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज बड़कोट मे अंतर्राष्ट्रीय योग दिवस मनाया गया। आयुष एवं आयुष शिक्षा विभाग उत्तराखंड द्वारा राजकीय इंटर कॉलेज बड़कोट में योग शिविर का आयोजन किया गया। जिसमें दर्जनों नगर वासियों, बच्चों, महिलाओं, बुजुर्ग, युवाओं, फायर सर्विस कर्मीयो ने योग शिविर में प्रतिभाग किया। योग दिवस पर आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सा अधिकारी डॉ मनमोहन राणा ने योग को अपने दैनिक जीवन में शामिल करने को कहा। योग मानव को निरोग रखने मे सहायक है।
इस मौके पर शशि रावत योग प्रशिक्षिका, कुलबीर सिंह रावत योग सहायक, डॉ0 मनमोहन सिंह राणा प्रभारी चिकित्सा अधिकारी, नागेंद्र दत्त सेमवाल मनीष गुसाई, बिंदु चौहान, रश्मि भट्ट, सुरेंद्र, महंत केशव गिरी महाराज जी, किशन राणा, अतोल रावत, डॉ अंगद राणा, विशाल मणि रतूड़ी, सुनील थपलियाल, धनवीर रावत, प्रदीप असवाल, सुरेन्द्र रावत, राजू नेगी,एवं शांति बेलवाल, शरत चौहान, मीनाक्षी रौंटा, डॉ कपिल रावत, सुनील मनवाल आदि दर्जनों लोग उपस्थित थे।
